1. Scope

This Cookie Policy explains how Aion Technologies LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company doing business as AION Tech ("Aion," "we," "us," or "our"), uses cookies, browser storage, pixels, device information, and similar technologies in connection with TodoClean, including our website, web-based application, progressive web app, checkout pages, support tools, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

This policy works together with our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, SaaS Subscription Agreement, Refund Policy, and any notices shown at checkout or inside the Service.

2. What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are

Cookies are small files placed in your browser or on your device when you visit a website or use an online service. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, SDKs, device identifiers, log files, and scripts. In this policy, we use the word "cookies" to include these similar technologies unless we say otherwise.

Because TodoClean is a progressive web app, some information may be stored in your browser or device to support login, preferences, limited offline behavior, and smoother app performance.

3. How TodoClean Uses Cookies

3.1 How Long Cookies Last

Strictly necessary cookies are typically session cookies that expire when you close your browser, or short-lived persistent cookies used for login and security that may last up to 30 days. Functional cookies and local storage may persist for up to 12 months to remember settings and preferences. Analytics and performance cookies typically last from 30 days up to 24 months depending on the provider. Stripe and other payment-related cookies follow Stripe's own retention practices, described in Stripe's Cookie Policy. Actual durations may vary by browser, device, and provider, and we may update these periods as our vendors or the Service change.

4. Third-Party Services

Some third-party providers may set or read cookies or similar technologies when they help us provide the Service. Their practices are governed by their own policies where applicable.

5. Stripe and Payment Cookies

When you use billing, checkout, Stripe Connect onboarding, saved payment, payout, refund, dispute, or other payment features, Stripe may use cookies and similar technologies for security, fraud detection, payment processing, account recognition, Link, analytics, and service improvement. Stripe may also collect device, browser, IP address, transaction, and risk-related information.

Stripe's cookie and privacy practices are controlled by Stripe where Stripe acts independently. Review Stripe's Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for more detail. Disabling Stripe-related cookies or browser storage may prevent checkout, billing, connected account onboarding, payouts, or fraud-prevention features from working correctly.

6. Your Choices

6.1 Necessary Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies and storage are required for login, security, checkout, account protection, and Service operation. You cannot turn these off through TodoClean. You may block them in your browser, but TodoClean may not work correctly if you do.

6.2 Functional and Analytics Choices

You can request that we limit non-essential analytics tied to your account by contacting support@todogroupapps.com or legal@todogroupapps.com. We may still collect security, diagnostic, aggregated, or de-identified information needed to operate, monitor, and improve the Service.

6.3 Browser Controls

Most browsers let you delete cookies, block cookies, clear local storage, or limit certain tracking. The exact steps depend on your browser. If you block or delete cookies, you may need to sign in again, reset preferences, or reconnect payment features.

6.4 Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers send Do Not Track signals. There is no common industry standard for responding to Do Not Track, so TodoClean does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. Some browsers or extensions send Global Privacy Control or similar opt-out preference signals. We do not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If we become legally required to honor an opt-out signal for a covered activity, we will do so as required by law.

7. Advertising and Sale or Sharing

TodoClean does not currently use cookies for targeted advertising, interest-based advertising, or cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of individuals under 16. If our practices change, we will update this policy and provide any required notices and choices.

8. California, North Carolina, and Other Privacy Laws

California law requires commercial websites and online services that collect personal information to post privacy disclosures, including how they respond to browser tracking signals and whether third parties may collect personal information over time and across websites. Our Privacy Policy contains broader California privacy disclosures, and this Cookie Policy gives additional detail about cookies and browser storage.

North Carolina law prohibits unfair or deceptive acts or practices in commerce. We aim to describe our cookie and tracking practices accurately and to update this policy when our practices materially change.
